Cactus Moser’s Leg Amputated After Motorcycle Accident

GAC sends prayers for Cactus Moser and Wynonna Judd. People.com reports Michael Scott “Cactus” Moser, Wynonna’s husband and drummer, has had his left leg amputated following Saturday night’s motorcycle accident.

Wynonna’s rep told People that during the accident, Cactus’ left leg was “severed.” He was then transported to a hospital in Rapid City, SD, where doctors were forced to amputate above the knee. The site also said doctors performed surgery on one of Cactus’ hands.

“The outpouring of prayer and support from friends, family and fans has been a blessing to both Cactus and I,” said Wynonna on Sunday. “Cactus is a champion. I love him deeply and I will not leave his side.”
